Get to know Livvieloo

Olivia Plochocki, also know as Livvieloo, has loved art and creating ever since she could pick up a pencil. Her love for art, especially children’s books, stemmed from her parents sharing Polish poems and picture books with her, as well as dedicating a wall in their house to be covered in doodles and creations. In addition to this ever-growing passion, she loves exploring nature with her pets and trying new cuisines!

She recently graduated from College for Creative Studies in Detroit, receiving honors with a 3.9 GPA, and getting a bachelors in illustration and a minor in creative writing. She has had her artwork featured in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Detroit, participating in the “Pretty/Ugly” campaign. She also won “the best traditional” poster for the North American International Auto Show in 2018.

For traditional mediums, she specializes in acrylic and oil paint, though she loves experimenting with charcoal and mixed media in her down time. For digital mediums, she is certified in Adobe Illustrator and Indesign, while using Adobe Photoshop and Procreate for a most of her illustrations.

Her dream has always been to create children’s books. The ability to spark creativity and imagination in young minds has always fascinated her. Since she has graduated, she has been busy painting murals, growing her business, and illustrate/write children’s books.
